There are many ways for Emmanuel members and guests to learn about God's love and grow in their faith. To learn more, click on the contact person's name to email them, or contact the church office.
 

Lenten Devotionals
In past years, Emmanuel members have written personal reflections on Lenten readings. These have been collated into a collection of Lenten devotionals so that we all can learn from one another as we reflect on God's Holy Word. 

Nursery Care
We have offerings for all ages, most of which take place on Sunday mornings 9:30-10:30, during the school year. Nursery care is available for the littlest ones on the lower floor of the building before and during the 10:30 am service (10am in the summer).

Adult Christian Education
The Adult Christian Education meets each Sunday. They discuss scripture, books, or other topics selected by group members. Anyone who wants to participate or help lead any part of the Christian Education offerings is certainly welcome! Sunday morning at 9:30am (9:00 am in the summer) in the Guild room.

Children's Christian Education

Pax
Age group: middle and high school students, grades 6-12.
Emmanuel's youth group, Pax, gathers for activities throughout the year, including service-related projects and fun outings.

Confirmation Preparation
Classes are determined by the Bishop's visitation (just after Easter in 2024). 
 

Centering Prayer Group
Age group: Any
Group meets weekly on Sunday evenings at 5:30 pm

There is a 20-minute silent prayer followed by discussion. Everyone is welcome to join.

Lectio Divina
Age group: Any
Weekly meetings on Tuesdays at 5:15 pm.

Through an ancient practice of listening to scripture alternating with periods of silent prayer, we listen for God's voice and direction. The session ends with Compline (Night Prayer)
