Hospice Training
Augusta Health is hosting a two-day Hospice Volunteer Training session, No healthcare experience required! We provide all the education and training you need. You just provide the hands that serve and the heart that cares.
Patient Care: Provide companionship, respite care, veteran recognition, or specialized skills (hairdressers, massage therapists, musicians, and certified pet visitation teams).
Shenandoah House: Help with gardening or onsite hospice house support.
Administrative: Assisting with general office support.
Bereavement: Support families through follow-up phone calls.
June 15th & 16th 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Augusta Community Care Building (Conference Rooms on the hospital campus)
Free Breakfast and Lunch provided both days!

Meet the Bishop
We are excited to host Bishop Karin McPhail in our convocation! After the service we will enjoy fellowship together over a catered lunch and discussions.

Grace House Update
Hard working Emmanuelites building a ramp on a mission trip to Grace House a few weeks ago. Many thanks to Jim Echols, our fearless leader and also to the Emmanuel Mission and Outreach team and church members who helped fund our materials. Good people were served by this ramp.
