Grace House Update
Hard working Emmanuelites building a ramp on a mission trip to Grace House a few weeks ago. Many thanks to Jim Echols, our fearless leader and also to the Emmanuel Mission and Outreach team and church members who helped fund our materials. Good people were served by this ramp.
Mark your calendars for our next trip this coming October 5-9!

Kairos Weekend Update
The Kairos Inside weekend from April 9-12 was a terrific success. We started out with 42 folks attending though it went down to 37 because of the prison issues. There were lots and lots of cookies which delighted everyone. The strips of colored paper that many of you signed was put together with strips from all the other folks involved and went around the very large gym space we were using more than 2 times. People experienced so much love from the team and the community, many for the first time. God's Holy Spirit was powerful and deeply felt by those who needed it. My group said they would come to the reunion next month and I hope to be there to show them that we continue to care. They are encouraged to do more and care more. Thank you so very much for your help in making all this happen.
