Staunton Winter Farmers Market

Saturdays, 9 AM - Noon, Fellowship Hall

Staunton-area residents enjoy fresh greens, local eggs and more all winter with indoor farmers market

What: Staunton Indoor Winter Market kicks off on Saturday, January 17th, 9:00 to noon, in the Fellowship Hall of Emmanuel Episcopal Church at 300 W. Frederick St in Staunton. The market will run every Saturday from January 17 through March 28.

Why: Why not have fresh greens, fresh bread, fresh eggs, local honey, local flowers, real meat and local cheese all year round? This 3 month market bridges the ending and the restart of the outdoor Staunton Farmers Market in the Wharf. It is a perfect way to buy directly from local producers throughout the winter season--and to get fresh, nutrient dense foods into your winter diet.

Who: Everyone is welcomed to this festive market space. Find hot drinks, delicious treats, breakfast snacks, live music, worldly advice, cute toddlers and members of your community all in one spot. Grab and go or hang around a while and listen to the local musicians play their tunes. *Please note: no dogs allowed inside the market.

Where: The Winter Market is at the corner of Frederick and Washington Streets, across from Stuart Hall School, inside the Fellowship Hall of Emmanuel Episcopal Church. Street parking only.

CONTACT: For more information, find Staunton Winter Market on Facebook or email: Stauntonwintermarket@gmail.com
