Pax Youth Group
Age Group: middle and high school students, grades 6-12.
Emmanuel's youth group, Pax, gathers for activities throughout the year, including service-related projects and fun outings. Some of the group's past projects have included serving food at the Valley Mission, creating and delivering packages of toiletries for the residents of Valley Supportive housing, making casseroles for the Tuesday Noon Lunch program, sorting food at the Verona Food Pantry, and helping the Boys' Home with their Christmas wreath sales. The group has also gone to an indoor trampoline facility, run around downtown for a progressive dinner, and held several church lock-ins. The group is always happy to welcome any youth grades 6-12, as well as adults who wish to volunteer to help chaperone events and/or share their skills and talents.
